We are currently looking for a freelance IT & Data Analyst with UI Design experience (m/f/d) for our client in the IT sector.

Location: remote from Germany

We are looking for an experienced IT Data and Analytics Specialist for our internal Customer 360 solution ONE360 to support our frontend development teams. You will be responsible for analyzing data, building and maintaining high-quality, reactive user interfaces in a BTP environment called MXP (Multi Experience Platform), a low-code / no-code platform. You will collaborate closely with the product owners, design and backend teams to further enhance the ONE360 Dashboard.

Tasks:
Working in an agile SCRUM team and collaborating on shared features
Engage with various stakeholders in order to understand their analytical needs, but also challenge requirements based on business value and effort
document and handover technical requirements to HANA and Datasphere Engineers or internal Developers
Design and configure the User Interface of the ONE360 dashboard using the MXP Builder
Strengthen the agile team with your development, analytical, business engagement and collaboration skills
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to frontend development and data fetching

Must-have:
3-5 years’ experience working in scrum mode as a Business Analyst or Analytical Engineer in an analytical environment with complex project setups and executive level involvement
Experience in UI Design and Analytical dashboard tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred), Power BI or Tableau.
Very good analytical skills with the ability for abstract thinking and performance-oriented mindset
At least basic understanding of programmatic control flow
Very good communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to effectively work in an agile development environment.
The will to learn, refine and influence concepts to build user-center compelling views leveraging different configurations
Fluent business English skills

Nice-to-have:
Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud is a big plus
German skills
