Ihre Aufgaben
-Analyse, Auswahl und Bewertung relevanter Datensätze für Churn Prediction
-Explorative Datenanalyse und Ableitung relevanter Einflussfaktoren
-Datenaufbereitung, Feature Engineering und Erstellung von ML-Features
-Entwicklung, Training und Implementierung von Machine-Learning-Modellen (Klassifikation, Regression, Clustering)
-Validierung, Performanceanalyse und Optimierung der Vorhersagemodelle
-Zusammenarbeit mit Data Engineers zur Modellintegration in produktive Pipelines

Ihr Profil
-Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Data Scientist mit Fokus auf Kündigungsvorhersage-Modelle
-Fundierte Kenntnisse in Databricks und Apache Spark
-Expertise im Umgang mit Microsoft Azure Cloud-Services
-Kenntnisse in der Integration von SAP und CRM-Systemen
