Solutions Engineer
We’re hiring a hands-on Solutions Engineer to own our customer onboarding, build lightweight integrations, and deliver real customer value from day one. This is a strategic role working directly with the founders, with full ownership of solving technical customer challenges in a fast-growing Startup environment.
You will design no-code workflows and dashboards, support enterprise onboarding, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to make our customers successful. As we expand into Germany and across Europe, we’re hiring two people for this function — one will become team lead and build the function around them.
This is perfect for someone in their second role, who is ambitious, technical, customer-centric and has a founder mindset. You’ll get autonomy, strategic influence, and the chance to build something from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Own customer onboarding end-to-end, ensuring clients see value quickly
- Build scalable no-code integrations, automations, dashboards and workflow solutions
- Act as a bridge between customers, founders, engineering and product teams
- Rapidly understand customer problems and turn them into technical solutions
- Improve internal onboarding processes and make the function self-sufficient
- Work on enterprise onboarding in the first 12–18 months as we scale
What you bring:
- Technical and Customer-Focused
- Experience with no-code automation tools (e.g. Zapier, n8n, Make, Retool, Airtable, etc.)
- Able to build lightweight integrations, data flows and dashboards
- Understands technical and business requirements
- Hands-On and Proactive
