Project Description
For one of our client’s product teams, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (f/m/d) to strengthen the provisioning stream as part of a stabilisation initiative and the further development of the operating model. The core focus is to elicit and detail end-to-end provisioning requirements to a level that enables development teams to deliver effectively (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows). In addition, the role supports roadmap shaping, facilitates agile ceremonies, and contributes to target process design in the context of an ongoing architecture workstream, relieving the product team across the board.

Location: 90%+ remote, with occasional workshops/travel, likely Düsseldorf

Responsibilities
Elicit, analyse and detail E2E provisioning requirements (workshops/interviews, alignment with business and IT stakeholders)
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows as actionable input for development teams
Support and facilitate sprint/agile ceremonies (e.g., refinement, sprint planning, reviews)
Contribute to roadmap topics and prioritisation together with the product team
Support target process design within an ongoing architecture workstream (target processes, interfaces, stakeholder alignment)
Ensure requirements quality: clear, testable, prioritised and traceable

Experience & Skills
Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, strong in requirements engineering and process design
Proven experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, and translating them into clear process flows for dev teams
Hands-on experience in agile environments and close collaboration with development teams
Excellent communication and facilitation/moderation skills (workshops, stakeholder alignment)
Very good English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus
