We are seeking experienced actuaries/business analysts (m/f/d) for our insurance client for the following project, which involves the implementation of the Pension Reform Act (AVRG). The goal is to efficiently and effectively implement the technical, regulatory, and conceptual requirements of the AVRG and to leverage strategic potential – particularly in digital customer communication. Responsibilities: 1. Tariff and Product Development - Conception and calculation of new AVRG-compliant retirement savings products - Actuarial evaluation and modeling - Derivation of action options for product design and tariff structure 2. Regulatory Affairs & Information Obligations - Analysis of AVRG requirements, including derivation of specific implementation needs - Support in the implementation of new information and transparency obligations - Collaboration with legal, compliance, and specialist departments 3. Portfolio Impact & Migration - Analysis of the impact of the AVRG on existing portfolios - Conception of the transition to new subsidy schemes - Safeguarding and strategic development of existing Riester portfolios 4. Digital Customer Communication - Professional conception of AVRG-relevant customer communication - Support in the digital presentation of product and subsidy logics - Interface between specialist departments, IT, and customer experience Requirements: - In-depth experience in the field of retirement savings, ideally with AVRG relevance - Very good knowledge of actuarial science / insurance mathematics - Experience in business analysis - Experience with statutory reform projects in the insurance sector - Ability to develop and structure technical concepts pragmatic implementation skills - experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary project teams is advantageous - German C1 level. Start: ASAP. End: 7 months. Location: remote/Munich.
