Phase 1: Concept development and tender support (June 2026 – December 2026) :
Analysis of the requirements for the specific user group (small town administrations).
Research and evaluation of existing platform solutions.
Conceptualization.
Creation of the specifications for the subsequent programming of the platform.
Support in carrying out the tendering procedure and technical evaluation
Phase 2: Implementation support (January 2027 – December 2027, optional) :
Technical support for the commissioned IT service provider.
Quality assurance of the implementation (including code reviews).
Support with acceptance testing and technical decisions.

• Several years of experience in the conception and support of digital IT projects.
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of platform solutions, digital ecosystems, open source and artificial intelligence (AI).
• Strong programming skills and extensive experience in code reviewing.
