=== PROJECT DESCRIPTION ===
As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) Grid Analysis & Control Center Systems, you will form the interface between the complex world of electrical engineering and modern software development:
Requirements management: You conduct technical analyses and document requirements in a structured manner for the replacement of existing systems (EMS/SCADA).
Agile coordination: You create and maintain user stories and backlog items in close coordination with product owners and the solution architecture.
Workshop facilitation: You plan and lead workshops with users and developers to ensure a shared technical understanding.
Technical expertise: You will be responsible for the domains of network security calculation, stability and voltage control, taking electrotechnical aspects into account.
Documentation: You create robust business descriptions and technical documentation as a basis for feature planning and testing.

=== SKILLS ===
• A sound understanding of physical and mathematical relationships , especially in electrical engineering and grid analysis.
• Experience in professional requirements analysis (e.g., IREB, BABOK) and in agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban)
• Ideally, experience with EMS or SCADA systems as well as in handling field and measurement data.
• Strong communication and moderation skills in a technically oriented environment
• Languages: Fluent German and English skills (C1 level)
• Knowledge in the field of engineering (focus on energy systems), physics, computer science or a comparable qualification with industry knowledge from the energy sector is an advantage!
