Creation of concepts and analyses in the area of business process optimization:
Independent identification and analysis of optimization potential in existing business processes
Independent analysis and documentation of results from parallel operations and derivation of implications for operational operations.
Independent collection, structuring and documentation of requirements as user stories including acceptance criteria for the clear definition of requirements and functionalities.
Active participation in agile rituals such as backlog refinements, reviews, and sprint planning.
Development of viable professional and technical solution concepts, taking into account technical and economic framework conditions.
Modeling of requirements, processes and system architectures (UML, BPMN) as a basis for implementation
Support during implementation up to go live, including test support and acceptance testing.
Conducting workshops, presentations and training sessions for specialist and IT stakeholders.
Additionally: data analysis and reporting, market and competitive analysis, and support in risk management.
