Operational Control & Performance Management
Analysis and optimization of the operational performance of approximately 15–20 veterinary medical sites.
Conducting regular performance reviews based on defined KPIs and balanced scorecard metrics
Development and implementation of measures to increase efficiency and optimize capacity
Supporting site managers in budget control, cost management and sustainable profitability
Ensuring uniform operational standards, processes and compliance guidelines
Support in the introduction of standardized operating processes and organizational changes
Analysis of patient and customer satisfaction and derivation of concrete improvement measures
Support in escalation situations in the operational environment
Leadership, Coaching & Change Management
Sparring partner and coach for local practice managers and executives
Conducting regular site visits to support operational and organizational objectives.
Support during change processes and implementation of new ways of working
Support in identifying and developing leadership talent
Promoting a performance-oriented, collaborative and sustainable corporate culture
Close collaboration with internal departments such as HR, Finance, Operations and Recruiting
Stakeholder and interface management
Advising internal stakeholders on operational issues
Ensuring transparent communication between regional locations and central functions
Support with topics related to risk management, security and compliance
Participation in cross-departmental optimization and growth initiatives
=== SKILLS ===
• Several years of experience as Operations Director, Regional Director, Area Manager or in comparable senior operations roles
• Proven experience in multi-site management, ideally in a healthcare, veterinary, retail or service-oriented environment.
• Solid knowledge of KPI management, budget management and operational process optimization
• Experience in change management as well as leadership and coaching of executives
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High willingness to travel within the region served
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Experience in the veterinary medical field or related healthcare sectors
• Studies in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or comparable qualification
