Project and communication structure * Structure: Collaboration takes place in product and project teams according to the DevOps model.
Methodology: Agile software development based on Scrum and scaled frameworks is used.
Language: The project language is German.
Deployment data : at least 80% remote, partly in Frankfurt am Main
Language level: German C2 (near-native speaker).
Key tasks (Scope) * User-centered requirements gathering, specification and documentation for agile product development.
Identification of relevant stakeholders and management of expectations and goals.
Planning, execution and moderation of workshops and refinements.
Consulting on the interface between the V-model and agile development.
Contributing to the development of technical target images using modeling tools such as C4 models or BPMN.
Moderation of technical meetings and regular reporting to project management.

• MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
• Agile methods: Sound knowledge of agile software development with a focus on supporting agile development teams - evidenced by Scrum certification.
• Technical architecture: Experience in the development of technical architectures with a focus on cross-functional coordination processes/architectures - 3 years or more.
• Practical experience: Knowledge within the project management framework in the context of complex projects with IT applications - evidenced by Prince 2 Foundation certification.
• Problem-solving/work organization know-how: Experience in project and process tracking, such as Jira Software, Confluence, Git - 5 years or more.
• Requirements Management: Extensive experience in requirements management in agile software development - 5 years or more.
• TARGET REQUIREMENTS
• Industry knowledge: Experience with projects in the transport sector - 3 years or more.
• Communication and moderation know-how: Experience in communication skills in stakeholder management and in coordinating interface partners - 5 years or more.
• Software Development & Tools: Experience in IT system landscapes and interface design, including good knowledge of JSON or similar - 3 years or more.
• Business process analysis: Experience in creating UML diagrams to illustrate business and technical relationships - 3 years or more.
