Project and communication structure:
Structure: Work is carried out in product and project teams according to the DevOps model.
Working method: Agile software development based on Scrum and scaled frameworks is practiced.
Language: The project language is German (C2 level required).
Key tasks (Scope):
User-centered requirements gathering, specification and documentation for agile product development.
Stakeholder analysis and management (identification, expectations, goals).
Planning, execution and moderation of workshops and refinements.
Consulting at the interface between the V-model and agile product development.
Participation in the development of technical target images using modeling tools (e.g., C4 models, BPMN).
Work location: at least 80 remote and partly in Frankfurt am Main

• MUST-HAVE CRITERIA:
• Technical architecture: Experience in the development of technical architectures with a focus on cross-functional coordination processes/architectures - 3 years or more.
• Practical experience: Knowledge within the project management framework in the context of complex projects with IT applications - at least 5 years.
• Problem-solving/work organization know-how: Experience in project and process tracking, such as Jira Software, Confluence, Git - 5 years or more.
• Requirements Management: Extensive experience in requirements management in agile software development - 5 years or more.
• Agile project management: sound knowledge of agile methods and principles in agile project management - proof through Agile Coach certification.
• REQUIREMENTAL CRITERIA:
• Industry knowledge: Experience with projects in the transport sector - at least 1 year.
• Communication and moderation know-how: Experience in communication skills in stakeholder management and in coordinating interface partners - 5 years or more.
• Software Development & Tools: Experience in IT system landscapes and interface design, including good knowledge of JSON or similar - 3 years or more.
• Business process analysis: Experience in creating UML diagrams to illustrate business and technical relationships - 3 years or more.
• Business process analysis: Experience in creating standardized process models using BPMN 2.0 - 3 years or more.
