For our Insurance Business Unit, we are seeking a Project Manager. Key skills include experience with call center solutions, extensive experience in solution design, and a proven track record of implementing complex IT solutions. Responsibilities: • Leading and coordinating technical initiatives within the program. • Contributing to the optimization of test data refreshes and migration projects. • Collaborating with solution partners and system integrators. • Supporting the implementation of call center solutions. • Project management using the group's project methodology. Must-haves: • Experience with call center solutions (telephony, voice/chat bot, task routing, workforce management). • Extensive experience in solution design and global template rollouts. • Proven success in implementing large-scale, complex IT solutions. • Strong management skills for solution providers and system integrators.
