Scrum Master Coaching (Manila): Professional support, coaching and mentoring of Scrum Masters at the Manila location.
Moderation of retrospectives: Preparation and execution of regular retrospectives.
Conflict management: Support and moderation of conflicts within teams or structures.
Special task: Values workshop: Conception and implementation of a workshop on the topic of "values" in September.
=== SKILLS ===
• Agile methodology: In-depth experience in the practical application of Scrum and Kanban (especially for supporting Scrum Masters).
• Remote coaching: Proven experience in collaborating with offshore locations (especially Manila/Asia) to methodically bridge cultural and temporal distances.
• Moderation expertise: Mastery of various formats for retrospectives and experience in designing interactive workshops (especially values workshops).
• Conflict management: Training or sound experience in mediation or systemic coaching to be able to professionally manage conflicts.
• Language skills: Fluent English for coaching in Manila and German for supporting the Hamburg team.
