=== PROJECT DESCRIPTION ===
You accompany and support several agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) and promote collaboration across team boundaries.
You will influence the application and further development of Scrum and SAFe practices and support teams in implementing agile principles in their daily work.
You plan, moderate and support relevant SAFe events (e.g. PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives and Inspect & Adapt Workshops).
You coach teams and roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager and Release Train Engineer, and support effective, value-oriented collaboration.
You will support the identification and handling of impediments at the team, ART and organizational levels.
You contribute to the establishment and use of metrics (e.g., flow, predictability, quality) and support data-driven improvements.
You actively work with Jira (including Advanced Roadmaps if required) to map backlogs, features, enablers and dependencies.
You support teams and roles in the structured use of Jira (e.g., maintaining boards, workflows, refinements, PI planning).
