b) Project background:
Support in the “Data Product Factory” project within the Data Tribe for Q3/2026 and Q4/2026.
Key areas: Customer segmentation (especially FN customer list process and VBKz recoding), expansion of Data Product Factory to include data products for voice and data use, sales and financial data.
c) Tasks:
Support in the technical conception, data architecture and implementation of data products in ODE in the context of sales, financial and usage data.
Support with technical conception, process design, data architecture and implementation of a process for customer segmentation in ODE.
Support in carrying out customer segmentations.
d) Requirements/Skills:
Business analysis and structured professional conception
Project management
Agile working methods
Stakeholder communication in the telecommunications environment
Conducting customer segmentations
Analysis and processing of inventory and usage data
Experience with data products such as MF Contract Store / MF Device Store
