This position is within a technically complex banking environment involving international processes and solutions. Responsibilities include: analyzing and structuring business requirements; creating functional concepts, user stories, and process descriptions; participating in functional coordination meetings; analyzing interfaces, dependencies, and optimization potential; supporting functional quality assurance, testing, and acceptance testing; and preparing decision-making documents and documenting functional results. Requirements include: several years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector; ideally, knowledge of international business or international payments; experience in requirements management and process analysis; strong analytical and communication skills; and a structured, independent, and results-oriented work style.
