Project management: Lead management and support of strategic and operational (sub-)projects in the production and plant environment, including monitoring and review.
Process optimization: Identification of optimization potentials and sustainable implementation of lean approaches in the manufacturing environment.
Interface management: Transparent and regular communication of project progress as well as close coordination with internal and external interfaces.
Documentation: Creation of specifications in compliance with GMP requirements and support of change management processes.
=== SKILLS ===
• Qualification: Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification.
• Industry experience: Proven project experience in the food industry as well as sound knowledge of the GMP environment .
• Methodological expertise: Experience in leading Lean projects and in change management in a production environment.
• Hard Skills: Ability to read and understand technical drawings is required; practical experience in drawing with common tools (ideally SolidWorks / 3D-CAD).
• Soft Skills & Languages: Analytical, solution-oriented work style, strong communication skills and fluent German and English skills.
