=== PROJECT DESCRIPTION ===
The implementation of S4/HANA as part of a group-wide program will bring about far-reaching changes to the financial systems and their peripheral systems. A specific sub-program has been established for this purpose. In addition to this sub-program, there will be four further projects in the finance area, which are interdependent and/or mutually influential. The changes resulting from the overarching program must be analyzed, evaluated, and documented. Solutions must be found.
The program consists of 5 projects that are being carried out in the context of the introduction of S4/Hana at the group's IT service provider.
Analysis of problems and requirements, as well as development and documentation of action options, including strategic assessment and recommendation.
Creation, evaluation and documentation of IT strategies, architecture and solution concepts for digital products and applications.
Technical advice regarding the assessment of conformity with digitalization and IT strategy, the IT target image, architectural specifications and scope of application.
Analysis and documentation of relevant technical, legal and organizational constraints (e.g. data protection, interfaces).
Conducting IT governance analyses such as risk assessments, defining and providing expert advice on suitable measures.
Regular updating and maintenance of roadmaps and target architectures.
Analysis, evaluation and documentation of IT architectures and technical concepts.
Advising the client on ensuring IT processes for products and applications (e.g., release and deployment planning, emergency planning, penetration tests).
Technical consulting on selected phases of the application or platform lifecycle of an application / platform (architecture development, replacement, modernization).
Particular focus is placed on the following topics:
Consulting and professional support in the development of the respective target business processes in the areas of Finance & Controlling, Procurement and License Management.
Consulting on technical and organizational complexities as well as professional support for the collaboration between IT implementation, specialist departments and program management in the sense of a structuring and mediating function.

• Must-have criteria:
• Experience in IT consulting with a focus on the collection, analysis, structuring, and documentation of business requirements in large, highly complex transformation projects with multiple parallel workstreams – at least 2 references.
• Experience in the analysis, modeling, and optimization of business processes in highly complex, modern IT landscapes – at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience in developing technical target profiles for transformation projects in highly complex modern IT system landscapes - at least 2 references
• Knowledge of finance and controlling processes in large IT companies (>5000 employees) within a corporate environment - at least 2 references
• Technical and strategic communication with a wide range of stakeholders in large companies with more than 5000 employees - at least 2 references
• Target criteria:
• Experience in developing end-to-end business processes (e.g., M2C, P2P) including cross-domain coordination of requirements, dependencies, and decision-making needs across at least two departments – at least 2 references
• Experience in supporting organizational changes within the context of IT transformations - at least 2 references
• Expertise in hybrid project management approaches (Waterfall + Agile), especially their application in enterprise environments - at least 2 references
• Knowledge of procurement processes in large IT organizations - at least 2 references
• Communication in highly complex transformation projects at the management level - at least 2 references
