Für ein anspruchsvolles Digitalisierungsprojekt suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Power Platform Consultant (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft Copilot Studio. Ziel ist die Konzeption, Entwicklung und Einführung intelligenter Copilots sowie automatisierter Geschäftsprozesse auf Basis der Microsoft Power Platform.
Deine Aufgaben
Konzeption und Entwicklung intelligenter Copilots mit Microsoft Copilot Studio
Aufnahme und Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Übersetzung in technische Lösungskonzepte
Entwicklung von Anwendungen und Workflows mit Power Apps und Power Automate
Integration der Copilots in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 und bestehende Unternehmenssysteme
Anbindung externer Datenquellen und Schnittstellen über Dataverse, APIs und Custom Connectors
Aufbau von Dialoglogiken, Topics, Aktionen und generativen KI-Funktionen
Konfiguration von Authentifizierungs-, Berechtigungs- und Sicherheitskonzepten
Beratung zu Governance, Datenschutz, ALM und Best Practices innerhalb der Power Platform
Durchführung von Tests, Fehleranalysen und Performanceoptimierungen
Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung bei Workshops und Wissenstransfer
Dein Profil
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung und Entwicklung mit der Microsoft Power Platform
Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Copilot Studio, ehemals Power Virtual Agents
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Power Apps, Power Automate und Microsoft Dataverse
Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Azure und der Integration in Microsoft Teams
Kenntnisse in REST APIs, Custom Connectors und idealerweise Azure Functions oder Logic Apps
Erfahrung mit generativer KI, Large Language Models oder Azure OpenAI von Vorteil
Verständnis für Governance, Security, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte
Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Start: 09.09.2026
Auslastung: Vollzeit bis Jahresende, Option auf Verlängerung bis Ende 2027
Einsatzort: überwiegend remote, punktuell vor Ort nach Absprache
Vertragsart: Freelance-Projekt
