Description
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect and IT Strategy Consultant to lead strategic IT architecture and process consulting engagements within the public sector and healthcare domains. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and IT implementation, guiding senior stakeholders through enterprise architecture definition, requirements analysis, and solution design.
This role requires deep expertise in NATO Architecture Framework (NAFv4) , Sparx Enterprise Architect, and agile project delivery, combined with a strong understanding of IT funding frameworks in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic dialogues and workshops with business and IT management to conceptualize and align enterprise architecture initiatives.
Conduct requirements analysis and derive actionable IT solution designs that meet organizational objectives.
Model complex enterprise architectures using Sparx Enterprise Architect (v14 or later) and NAFv4 frameworks.
Manage requirements using Require.7 and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide consulting expertise on Hospital Future Act (KHZG) funding criteria and certification requirements.
Drive agile project delivery as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or SAFe practitioner.
Identify and evaluate digitalization opportunities, developing roadmaps for technology modernization.
Deliver high-quality documentation, concepts, and strategic recommendations for IT transformation programs.
What We're Looking For
Mandatory Qualifications:
Language: German C1 (fluent) and English B1 (for technical documentation and terminology).
Education: Successfully completed university degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
Certifications:
Sparx Enterprise Architect (v14 or later)
NATO Architecture Framework (NAF v4 or later)
KHZG / KHSFV certification (IT service provider for hospital funding criteria)
Agile Project Management (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or SAFe)
Experience Requirements:
5+ years in enterprise architecture consulting for business and IT management (conceptualization, workshops, strategic dialogue leadership).
5+ years in process consulting for IT projects in the public sector or healthcare.
5+ years in requirements analysis, derivation, and IT solution design.
2+ years hands-on modeling with Sparx Enterprise Architect (v14+) .
2+ years modeling according to NAFv4.
2+ years using Require.7 for requirements management.
5+ years working in agile project environments.
