• Knowledge of Visa and/or Mastercard requirements and 3DS / Strong Customer Authentication.
• Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot and AI agents in professional workflows.

Key responsibilities
1. Business analysis & solution design
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, and documentation for cards and payments initiatives.
• Translate business, regulatory, scheme, and operational needs into clear technical requirements, acceptance criteria, process designs, and implementation plans.
• Perform impact assessments across applications, interfaces, data flows, parameters, operational processes, controls, and customer journeys.
• Facilitate workshops and align Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Technology, and external partners on scope and decisions.
• Challenge proposed solutions and ensure traceability from business objective through testing and production readiness.
2. Project & delivery management
• Plan and lead medium to large change initiatives, including scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and status reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, external processors, consultants, and card scheme stakeholders.
• Drive testing and UAT readiness, defect resolution, formal acceptance, implementation planning, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide concise management reporting and escalate delivery risks with actionable recommendations.
• Work effectively across agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models.
3. Cards, payments & migration ownership
• Support card portfolio migrations, including for example interest calculation, card and PIN data preparation, opening balances, transaction-code mapping, reconciliation, and processing changes.
• Coordinate scheme-related change for Visa and Mastercard, including bulletins, compliance releases, scheme management, and specialist vendor input.
• Drive 3DS and authentication-related topics, including mapping, whitelist, integration, testing, and operational readiness.
4. Technical coordination & operational readiness
• Understand and coordinate file-based and API integrations, batch processing, data mapping, parameterization, access management, and reporting.
• Use data analysis and SQL, where applicable, to validate requirements, investigate issues, reconcile results, and support decision-making.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and resolution for high-priority incidents and production issues.
• Maintain solution and system documentation and support structured knowledge transfer to operational and support teams.
• Promote segregation of duties, controlled access, auditability, and production-safe implementation practices.
5. AI-enabled ways of working
• Use Microsoft 365 Copilot to accelerate meeting preparation and follow-up, requirements drafting, document review, management summaries, presentations, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Use and, where appropriate, configure AI agents to support repeatable workflows such as information gathering, requirement quality checks, dependency tracking, test preparation, status reporting, and knowledge retrieval.
• Identify high-value opportunities for generative AI and intelligent automation across analysis, delivery, testing, documentation, and operational processes.
• Validate AI-generated outputs, recognize limitations, and maintain clear accountability for decisions and deliverables.
• Apply AI within bank policies for confidentiality, data protection, access control, security, risk management, regulatory compliance, and model governance.
