Description
We are looking for a Systems Engineer & AI Agent Developer

Mandatory Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering
- Hands-on experience in developing agentic systems / AI agents (e.g., Claude Skills, or frameworks such as LangChain, etc.)
- Strong Python programming skills
- Proficiency in architecture/system modeling (UML/SysML) and the structured preparation of requirements in systems engineering
- Experience integrating cloud services (especially AWS Cloud and Azure OpenAI) as well as authentication and authorization methods.

Main task/activity
Design and develop an agentic AI solution for the Architecture Concept Phase (ACP) that uses Polarion requirements to automatically generate and modify SysML v2 models, create and compare architectural alternatives, and produce concept proposals in PowerPoint, SysML, and Word formats.

Other tasks and activities
1. Development Activities
- Collecting requirements and develop concept ideas for aAI-powered solution for the automated generation and modification of SysML architecture models in SysML v2 based on system requirements from Polarion. Presenting the concepts to Bosch and consult in decision making.
- Implementation of an automated validation guardrail that evaluates whether generated SysML models are technically, semantically, and logically correct before downstream processing.
- Development of an intelligent synchronization and consistency-checking algorithm that detects discrepancies caused by changes in Polarion or Cameo/SysML v2 and provides actionable recommendations for alignment.
- Conception and implementation of agentic AI support for the Architecture Concept Phase (ACP) to automate the generation and comparative trade-off analysis of architectural alternatives, as well as the preparation of detailed concept proposals (PowerPoint, SysML, Word).
- Integration of interfaces for the automated, structured storage and versioning of generated documents within the file storage system (e.g., SharePoint).
- Analysis of Systems Engineering workflows and UI/UX design for AI agent interaction interfaces.

2. Tool Validation and Testing
- Execution of automated and manual testing to ensure functional correctness, stability, and quality of AI-generated artifacts (models, documents).
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) with system architects and key users.
- Documenting test results and deriving optimization measures.

3. Training and Documentation
- Creation of comprehensive technical documentation covering the developed AI systems, agent architecture, and integrated interfaces (APIs for Polarion, Cameo, SharePoint).
- Delivery of training sessions and knowledge transfer for Bosch systems engineers on tool utilization and best practices.
