Description
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP SCM Consultant (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) Team Lead for an international project in Switzerland.

Responsibilities
We have received the following support request from Switzerland and are seeking a highly skilled consultant to support the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
Please note that for EU freelancers, project arrangements for Switzerland will be organized together with the client (including de facto employment regulations, withholding tax, A1 social security certificate, residence permits, etc.).

Required Skills
Mandatory Requirements:
Extensive experience with SAP SCM
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Strong Public Cloud implementation expertise
Demonstrated success in delivering SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition projects in the SCM domain
Cloud-centric, fit-to-standard mindset
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
Experience with SAP Cloud ALM is beneficial
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Self-sufficient working style
Strong team player attitude

Lead data migration cycles, including mock loads and reconciliation
Drive unit testing and system integration testing
Manage defects and security roles
Create documentation and transfer knowledge to customer teams
Deploy Phase (Cutover & Stabilization)
Own and lead cutover planning and execution
Conduct readiness assessments and dress rehearsals
Perform final data migration and reconciliation
Coordinate go-live activities and smoke testing
Establish KPI baselines
Lead hypercare, monitoring, and stabilization activities
Handover to support organization, including documentation and SLA alignment

Collaborate closely with process owners and cross-functional teams
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies transparently
Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met
Project Details
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 31 May 2027
Workload:
1,224 hours / 153 project days / 4 days per week
Location: 90% Remote / 10% Onsite in Switzerland
Rate: Remote hourly rate CHF 110 to 130, depending on your qualification
Payment Terms: 30 days
