Must-Have Skills
Strong Automotive Manufacturing IT Service Leadership
Production Planning, Body, Paint, Assembly, Quality & Logistics
MES/MOM and SAP
SIAM, AMS/DevOps & Transition Governance
Strong knowledge of ITIL, SLA/KPI and Service Management
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of the Vehicle Operations application portfolio
Lead due diligence, knowledge transfer, transition, cutover and hypercare
Act as primary interface for customer, SIAM, plant/business and application stakeholders
Govern SLAs/KPIs, incidents, problems, changes, releases and risks
Coordinate onsite, nearshore and offshore teams
Lead major incident management for production, logistics, sequencing, quality and shop-floor applications
Establish SOPs, runbooks, escalation processes and knowledge repositories
Drive automation, DevOps, observability, application modernisation and continual improvement
Ensure security, audit, business continuity and plant change-control compliance
