Must-Have Skills
Automotive / Manufacturing IT Service Leadership
Strong experience in Powertrain Operations
MES/MOM and SAP
AMS / DevOps
SIAM and transition governance
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of the Powertrain application portfolio across AMS, DevOps, enhancements, and continual improvement
Lead due diligence, knowledge transfer, shadowing, reverse shadowing, cutover, and hypercare
Act as the primary interface for customer stakeholders, SIAM, business owners, application owners, and partners
Govern SLAs/KPIs, incidents, problems, changes, releases, risks, and service improvement
Coordinate onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams, value-stream leads, and technical specialists
Lead major incident management and recovery for production, logistics, testing, quality, and shop-floor applications
Establish SOPs, runbooks, knowledge repositories, escalation paths, and backup coverage
Drive automation, shift-left, observability, DevOps adoption, technical-debt reduction, and application modernisation
Ensure security, audit, business continuity, data protection, and regulatory compliance
