Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in .NET Technical Leadership
C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core
ASP.NET MVC / Web API / REST APIs
SQL Server
Azure
Solution architecture and technical design
Code reviews and development best practices
DevOps, CI/CD and release management
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, development, and support activities for .NET applications
Define solution architecture, coding standards, and development best practices
Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, and maintainability
Lead teams across enhancements, defect fixes, and transformation initiatives
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners
Drive CI/CD, DevOps, test automation, and release management
Resolve complex technical issues and provide L3/L4 technical guidance
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance
Mentor team members and support technical onboarding and knowledge transfer
Good-to-Have
Microservices
Containers / Cloud-native architecture
Manufacturing or Automotive domain experience
Azure certification
German language skills
