Description
For an ongoing SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud transformation project, we are looking for an experienced Freelance SAP VIM Consultant (m/w/d) to support the final project phases, including configuration, testing, user training, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
Project Overview
Capacity: 40-50%
Workload: Approximately 20 hours per week (380 hours total)
Location: Remote
Travel: Occasional travel for workshops, training sessions, and Go-Live support may be required
Key Responsibilities
Finalise and optimise the SAP OpenText VIM solution in collaboration with the development team
Plan, coordinate, and execute system and user acceptance testing activities
Prepare training materials and deliver user training sessions
Create and maintain project, process, and end-user documentation
Coordinate activities with the OCR provider and SAP FI-AP stakeholders
Ensure a seamless end-to-end invoice processing workflow
Participate in regular project meetings and provide status updates
Support Go-Live preparation, cutover activities, and Hypercare support
Act as the subject matter expert for SAP VIM-related topics throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
Proven hands-on experience with SAP OpenText VIM
Strong understanding of SAP FI-AP (Accounts Payable)
Experience with OCR solutions and invoice automation processes
Previous involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
Experience across testing, training, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in an international project environment
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
