Beschreibung

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Test Manager (m/f/d).
The aim of the project is to relieve employees in the service center by introducing a voice bot solution in service telephony in combination with a multichannel platform. A multichannel bot platform is a platform that makes it possible to create and manage bots (including voice bots and chatbots) on different communication channels. The platform also offers the option of making knowledge management available on different channels. To further reduce the workload of the service centers, further automation potential is to be used in the context of email processing. This will optimize internal processes.

Tasks:
Enterprise Test Manager
- Release planning, design, building, testing, acceptance and documentation
- Monitoring and control based on KPIs
- Suggestion system for improvements within release management
- Determining release policies, defining and implementing the release
- Planning and implementation of the rollout
- Information and training prior to the delivery of releases
- Installing new or modified hardware
- Releasing, distributing and installing the software
- Optimization of the release process tools
- Monitoring process compliance
- Evaluation of key figure reporting
- Performance management

Must-have requirements:
Specialized knowledge with at least 5+ years of experience in:
- non-functional testing of composed services
- interface testing
- test automation
Specialized knowledge in:
- Testing of LLM and AI systems
- Experience with the operational handling of complex IT environments
- Practical knowledge of service processes according to ITIL, in particular release, configuration and change management
- Experience with planning and tracking projects (incl. tools, e.g. MS Project)
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level
- Agile Tester Extension ISTQB ® Certified Tester Foundation Level
- ISTQB Certified Tester/Advanced Level - Test Manager
- Experience and practical knowledge in agile software development projects in dealing with self-organizing cross-functional teams (SCRUM, KANBAN)
- Solaris, Linux, Windows operating systems
- Performance management in agile projects
- Performance management for applications with container virtualization
- Creation of performance analyses in a very complex environment

In-depth knowledge of:
- Experience with the conception of a comprehensive operational reporting system
