IntroOver the past four years, I’ve been building a small but steadily growing company in the field of Talent Acquisition. This growth has been possible thanks to a clear focus on quality, outcomes and client satisfaction. As I’m now in the process of transforming my sole proprietorship into a limited company (GmbH), I’m looking for a Freelance Junior Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) on an hourly basis (starting at around 20 hours per month) from November onwards. This position is 100% remote and open to candidates anywhere in the EU.TasksIn this role, you will: Build and maintain lead lists
Conduct research on target companies and key contacts
Collaborate with me on outreach and first contact activities
Support the creation of communication materials, such as short presentations Requirements You have a quality- and results-oriented mindset
You are proactive, ambitious and eager to learn and grow You’re looking for a long-term collaboration based on trust and reliability First experience in Sales or Lead Generation is a plus You are legally able to work as a freelancer in your country of residence You possess excellent English or German language skills
