Agile team management & coaching
Moderation and responsibility for the effective execution of all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
Active coaching and mentoring of the internal IT team (Salesforce) to increase agile maturity and self-organization
Continuous team development with a focus on strengthening personal responsibility, improved collaboration and performance
Ensuring and anchoring agile values and scrum principles in the team and organization
Process optimization & conflict resolution
Identification, analysis and removal of impediments as well as professional mediation in the event of conflicts within the team
Conception and implementation of workshops and training courses on agile methods, team dynamics and specific Salesforce processes
Analytical support for the team in finding solutions and promoting a culture of continuous improvement (CIP)
Tools & stakeholder management
Responsibility for backlog management, sprint planning and agile reporting using Jira and Confluence
Interface management and proactive communication with all relevant stakeholders, including the preparation of information for the C-level

• Expert knowledge of the Scrum project management method (additionally PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe if possible)
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in the application of the Scrum framework
• Experience in the moderation of Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
• Ability to promote and guide Scrum principles and values in an IT team
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence for backlog management, sprint planning and reporting
• Ability to support and empower the internal IT team through targeted coaching
• Experience in developing a team by strengthening collaboration and ownership
• Ability to conduct workshops on agile methods, team dynamics and specific Salesforce processes
• Expertise in mediation and dealing with conflicts within the team
• Excellent communication skills at C-level
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Written and spoken German
• English: at least level C2
