For our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager/ Solution Delivery Advisor to lead end-to-end XR software projects for global organizations in the life sciences sector. In this role, you’ll transform client objectives into immersive, high-impact XR experiences that drive measurable value and innovation. As the key link between clients and multidisciplinary development teams, you’ll coordinate project execution, ensure alignment across teams, and uphold high delivery standards all while proactively managing risks and ensuring successful outcomes.
Your responsiblities:
Own end-to-end delivery of complex client XR software projects, ensuring successful outcomes from initiation through completion.
Coordinate internal teams while managing project plans, schedules, and budgets in line with company standards and client requirements.
Foster strong client relationships through clear, professional communication that drives satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Align project priorities with client objectives, delivering measurable value through efficient and dependable execution.
Identify and mitigate risks early, implementing practical solutions to keep projects on scope, on schedule, and within budget.
Track and report progress continuously, providing transparent updates on performance and key milestones to all stakeholders.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics, a scientific field, or similar.
5+ years’ experience in customer-facing software project management, with a proven record of delivering complex projects for enterprise clients.
Strong track record of leading international, cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of project management tools, methods, and best practices.
Proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience in life sciences, pharma, or hands-on work with XR/VR/MR technologies is a plus.
