Dear Consultant,


We are looking for a highly experienced SAP MM Stream Lead to drive S/4HANA Source-to-Pay transformation programs for multinational clients. You will play a key leadership role in designing, implementing, and optimizing procurement processes within the SAP S/4 landscape.
The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical background in SAP MM and Ariba, with experience leading international teams and guiding clients through end-to-end transformation programs — from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation rollout.

Experience Required: 8+ years in SAP MM / Ariba transformations
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Source-to-Pay (S2P) functional stream within large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Capture business requirements, design the functional template, and ensure process alignment with client objectives.
Provide solution leadership during design, testing, and implementation phases.
Manage onshore and offshore consulting teams throughout delivery.
Ensure design sign-off, system readiness, and smooth transition to go-live.
Oversee process optimization initiatives and ensure value realization.
Support future industrialized rollouts as the guardian of the design template.
Engage with business stakeholders (C-levels, Process Owners) to validate solutions and provide strategic guidance.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as Stream Lead or Solution Architect in SAP S/4 MM and Ariba implementations.
Strong process knowledge in direct and indirect procurement, guided buying, catalogue management, forecasting, MRP, invoice verification, and supplier collaboration.
Understanding of integrations with production processes (MTO, MTS, MTE), Warehouse (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM).
Proven success in process optimization and transformation initiatives.
Familiar with Reporting and Spend Analysis tools.
Expertise in vendor collaboration, MDG integration, and supplier lifecycle management.
Techno-functional expertise: IDOC, Adobe Forms, BRF+, SAPUI5, BTP enhancements.
Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Experience managing distributed teams across global delivery models.
Deep process knowledge in manufacturing or consumer goods industries.
Tools: Signavio (process modeling) knowledge preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Confident communicator across business and technical levels.
