Job Title: SAP HCM Senior Consultant – Personnel Administration / Organizational Management

Location: Remote (approx. 95%) with occasional on-site work in Dresden (approx. 5%)

Duration: Until end of December 2025 + 2026 (2,000hrs Extension)

Start: December 2025 (Ideally)

Nationality / Language: Must be a German national with excellent written and spoken German

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Senior Consultant with a focus on Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) to support a long-term engagement.

Your responsibilities
Independently conceptualise and coordinate solutions based on business requirements in SAP HCM PA/OM
Implement configuration and optimisation tasks in Personnel Administration and Organizational Management in line with defined development guidelines
Document solutions and processes in Confluence and JIRA
Create functional implementation descriptions for the development team
Coordinate closely with ABAP developers regarding development tasks
Perform the initial functional acceptance of in-house developments
Participate in regular meetings with training, quality assurance, and development teams

Your profile
Several years of hands-on experience in the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of SAP HCM solutions
Strong, proven knowledge of SAP HCM (PA and OM)
Experience with SAP Query
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex customer requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
Technical background with overview knowledge of ABAP and ABAP OO in the HCM context
Solution-oriented mindset for handling complex requirements
Experience working with hybrid and agile project methodologies
Ideally, knowledge of organizational structure management and experience in the public sector
German national with excellent written and spoken German
